MediaSort AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation
 You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Eligibility
 You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service.

3.3 Account Usage
 You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.4 Prohibited Uses
 You agree not to use our Service to:

5. Data Collection and Retention

 We collect publicly available social media content through automated tools to provide analysis.

5.2 Data Retention

  • Collected media files and content are automatically deleted from our systems after 30 days.

  • Chat history with our AI assistant may be retained to improve service quality.

5.3 Compliance
 MediaSort AI does not collect personal data beyond what is publicly available. We process and store data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

6.1 Subscription Model
 Our Service operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

6.2 Credits and Usage
 Subscriptions include monthly credits that do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

6.3 Billing
 Payments are processed via third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

6.4 Subscription Management
 Subscriptions are upgraded, downgraded, purchased, or canceled by contacting support@mediasort.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6.5 Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: IF MEDIASORT AI DOES NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF YOUR INITIAL PURCHASE AND LESS THAN 50 CREDITS HAVE BEEN USED, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND.

  • This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase, not renewals or upgrades.

  • No refunds are granted if more than 50 credits have been used or if you fail to request cancellation within the first 30 days of use.

  • To request a refund, contact support@mediasort.ai with your account email.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily pause the Service for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.

We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, social media platforms, or other factors outside our control.

8. Beta Features

From time to time, we may make beta features available. These are provided “as is” without warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service may rely on third-party APIs and integrations. Availability of these features depends on those third parties, and we are not responsible for disruptions caused by them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Expectations

We are not responsible for the performance of your videos regarding its engagement or financial results.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MediaSort AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
